Write out your schedule and stick with it

One of the best ways to create good habits is to develop a strong schedule and stick with it. Of course, you will deviate here and there, but your schedule will become the backbone of your life in college. Without a schedule, you will be floundering.

Build organizational tools

On top of developing a schedule, you also want to build organizational tools. If you don’t have organization, you will start to develop several small bad habits that can easily breed even more bad habits. For instance, you may start to procrastinate on your exams. If your notebooks are all over the place and you don’t feel like cleaning them up, you may not be in the mood to study. Learn to reduce stress
